My canvas has been stretched and glazed but I am still doing anatomy studies. I have settled on the composition of the primary figure which will be pushed forward, leaning outside the picture plane. I am still deciding on the style of the Chin-Thei. I want it to have some stylization in its rendering so it is recognizable as the Burmese lion. At the same time it needs to feel a part of the same realm as the realistic man. By Tuesday there should be something substantial on the canvases for a photograph.
